Graiin Return & Refund Policy

Every Graiin cutting board is made from natural hardwood. This means each board will have its own unique grain patterns, color variations, and character. These natural differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, in original packaging, and requested within 14 days of delivery.

• Non-Returnable Items: Used cutting boards, custom orders, or boards showing signs of wear cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

• Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the board is inspected and confirmed unused.

• Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.

• Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. A new order must be placed separately.
