Graiin Shipping Policy

We do our best to get your Graiin cutting board to you quickly and safely. Here’s how we handle shipping:

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Custom orders may take longer.
  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by location.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary. Graiin is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
  • Order Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. Graiin is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

RETURN POLICY

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, in original packaging, and requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Used cutting boards, custom orders, or boards showing signs of wear cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the board is inspected and confirmed unused.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
