Welcome to Graiin. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms:

Use of Products
Graiin cutting boards are designed for household and kitchen use. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow proper care instructions. -
Natural Materials
All Graiin cutting boards are made from real hardwood. Variations in color, grain pattern, and appearance are natural and not considered defects. These variations do not qualify for returns or refunds. -
Orders & Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud. -
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Graiin is not liable for delays once a product has been handed off to the carrier. -
Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund policy applies to all purchases and is available on our website. Please review it before ordering. -
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graiin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. -
Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, logos, and images—is the property of Graiin and may not be used without permission. -

RETURN POLICY
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for items that are unused, in original packaging, and requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Non-Returnable Items: Used cutting boards, custom orders, or boards showing signs of wear cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping costs. Refunds are issued once the board is inspected and confirmed unused.
- Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
